5 Best Salmon Arm Wedding Venues

We grew up in the Shuswap, and no matter where we venture to in the world, we are always thankful for the distinct seasons, small town feel and beautiful landscapes. We ourselves got married in Salmon Arm and are grateful to get to capture weddings here every year. As photographers, we have seen some beautiful places, and trust us when we say that these places will be AMAZING for your wedding photos!

These are some of our favorite wedding venues in Salmon Arm:

Dolan Creek Farm

This place is right in Salmon Arm and has a stunning view of Mount Ida. They offer a ceremony location, covered barn, dance floor and the beautiful lookout pictured above. This family farm is perfect for any couple who wants to feel like they are in the mountains, but really only a short drive from town.

Tin Poppy

If you are looking to have an intimate wedding, this is the place for you. They have beautiful lookout points, accommodation and full elopement packages. Everything about Tin Poppy is designed for the couple that wants to have a wedding that is personal and intimate. If you are into glamping, stay a few days!

Shy Lynn Ranch

I have so many good things to say about this place. Their experience is unique, offering a wedding weekend, in which you are able to invite your friends and family to join you past just your wedding day. This creates a relaxed experience in which you are able to spend quality time with your loved ones all throughout the weekend, not simply in the short hours of the reception.

Rustic Wedding

Rustic Wedding is a stunning venue, located 30 minutes from Salmon Arm. As a family team, they offer full planning and coordination of your day. Their venue is also a tree farm, so the are able to offer fresh greenery as apart of your decor. This place is absolutely beautiful. 

Quaaout Lodge

This hotel and event centre is outside of Salmon Arm by 35 minutes. The views at this place are amazing. They offer weddings that are coordinated by their team. If you enjoy golf or hitting up the spa, this is to host your wedding. Due to the fact that they are also a hotel, there is no need to worry about finding accommodations for your loved ones. Everyone can stay on Little Shuswap Lake and enjoy the wedding.
