FINALLY BACK 💖☕️⚡️🥂

If you’re “a creative” you know that sometimes you go through seasons where you want to throw away everything you have ever made, don’t feel motivated by anything & wonder if you should just go get a job at starbucks!!

I feel like the last year & a bit has been a whole lot like that. constantly questioning myself, my calling & what the heck I am supposed to be doing in this weird world.

Enduring that type of season is hard! My identity gets SO wrapped up in my love for creativity & business & photography, so when that foundation felt like it was shifting, I felt like I didn’t even know who I was

I had 3 months of content prepared, but I just couldn’t bring myself to post it, because I was feeling so strange about my identity as a photographer!

Instead of going ahead and pushing out all this content, I chose to step away (did you notice?!?) and fully rest, and take some time to evaluate what the future of our business looked like.

The takeaway?! In terms of business, not much has changed, but I am feeling creative for the first time in MONTHS. I think what I needed was a good old detox from instagram.
