In 2018 when I started wedding photography, numbers were very hush-hush. At least where I lived, it was rare you could find even starting pricing on a photographer’s website.
This always felt strange to me, but of course I went along with it because I wanted to be a proper professional photographer.
These days, I am craving transparency and I wanted to break down what you get from booking an all-inclusive wedding day photo & video package.
What the services look like:
✓ ALL-DAY COVERAGE
This is probably the most allusive part of the package. If your wedding day is a 6 hour affair or a 10 hour party, we will be there to capture it all. You don’t have to sacrifice getting ready photos for reception or vice versa. Every moment of the day is captured.
✓ Two photographers
Our lead photographer (Victoria) and a second shooter. Having a second photo shooter allows for way more focus on details, candid shots of guests & more pictures for you.
✓ Two videographers
Our lead videographer (Levi) and a second shooter. Our video approach combines handheld, cinematic and drone shots, which requires multiple cameras to be manned at once.
✓ Professional Photo editing + retouching
We deliver ever good image we take. We do not watermark our images and there is no limit to the number you will receive.
✓ Access to a professional print shop
Our online gallery platform grants you access to a professional print shop where you can purchase prints or albums if needed.
✓ Custom Timeline & Shotlist building
Each wedding day is different. We work with you to craft a photography timeline that will allow for the style of images you want. For example, if you want a bojee bridesmaids getting ready photo or an outfit change at 8pm. We also create a shotlist for any specific videos that may be important to you. The planning process is so important when it comes to getting exactly what you want.
✓ Complimentary Engagement Session
We love engagement sessions for two reasons:
1. we love getting to capture some photos for you that represent the exciting season you are in
2. it is a great way for us to get to know one another + get you comfortable in front of the camera way before the wedding day!
Our engagement sessions are offered complimentary within Kelowna OR you can always pay our travel fee and we will come to you!

✓30 Minute-1 Hour Documentary-style video within 12 weeks of wedding day
✓ Full Image Gallery within 12 weeks of wedding day
✓ Mini Gallery of Film-Style Edits within 12 weeks of wedding day
Where we go:
We are based in Kelowna, British Columbia, but are happy to travel within Canada as well as internationally.
